Hello and welcome!

I'm Azura, the voice behind theflairsophy, a fashion, beauty and lifestyle blog I created and run alongside my full-time career in the Financial Services sector in the City of London.

Originally from the multi-ethnic, multiracial and multilingual country Malaysia, armed with my Chartered Accountancy qualification, I moved to London in 2006 and have been calling it home ever since.

I created theflairsophy as an avenue for me to pause, reflect and decompress from the high-pressure points and the demands of city living. Essentially, it's a document of my personal journey as I navigate life and career, in pursuit of a life well-lived.

I am self-motivated, ambitious and always aspire for the greatest and the best in life, irrespective whether it is a cup of coffee or a Dior bag.

I am personable, friendly, warm and a true extrovert social butterfly. I thrive by being outside, in a concrete jungle buzzing with hustle and bustle, and being in presence of like-minded people fueled with positivity.

I am an advocate of progress and growth, and ever so willing to invest time to grow, learn and expand my personal worth and balance sheet.

I hope and am committed to achieving all these whilst keeping my feet on the ground and being present in the moment.

thefairsophy is derived from the root word flair which is defined as follows:
1. a special or instinctive aptitude or ability for doing something well; talent; gift
2. stylishness and originality; finesse; poise, elegance; discernment; class

The word flair resonates well with me, in terms of who I am as a person, the values I live by, where I want to be, and what my aspirations are; both in the real world as well as for this blog.

Thank you for stopping by. I hope together we will have fun and enjoy our journeys alongside one another.

Should you have any questions regarding this blog or wish to get in touch to explore a potential collaboration, feel free to drop me a line at theflairsophy@gmail.com
